Muslim Congress High School proudly joined national stakeholders, youth groups, and health advocates in commemorating the 2025 World AIDS Day, observed under the global theme: “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response.”
Each year, World AIDS Day serves as a reminder of the ongoing global commitment to end HIV/AIDS, support people living with the virus, and eliminate the stigma that continues to affect millions. This year’s theme highlights the need for resilience, innovation, and sustained action in the face of new challenges facing global health systems.
Our participation reflects the school’s strong dedication to education, awareness, and community engagement. As an institution focused on building informed and responsible leaders, we believe that empowering students with accurate knowledge is one of the most effective ways to contribute to the national AIDS response.
During the program, students had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of HIV prevention, treatment, and the importance of compassion toward people living with HIV. The event also encouraged young people to become advocates within their communities, promoting healthy lifestyles and breaking down harmful misconceptions.
At Muslim Congress High School, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote public health and social responsibility. By engaging our students in meaningful national conversations, we are helping to shape a future generation that is educated, empathetic, and ready to contribute to a world free from stigma and discrimination.
Together, we can overcome disruptions and continue transforming the AIDS response—one informed student at a time.
